Director – Education, the Society and School Mrs. Rita Kapur, recipient of the National Award- 2004 for Teachers by President of India, has more than 30 years of experience in teaching, counselling, training and administration. Her passion to work for the underprivileged section of the society inspired her to establish a DPSG school for the underprivileged children. Whilst at DPSG, she worked on innovative projects initiated by NCERT and IIT, Delhi.
These efforts evolved an Indian substitute for the Kindergarten and Montessori system, which is being used all across the country. She was the leading light to empower the student and teacher community and establish lasting ties between countries/schools such as Singapore-Raffles, Germany – Waldorf group of schools and others in Australia, UK and USA. At Gyanshree, she seeks to better her previous accomplishments in the area of pedagogy.

Mrs Priyanka Bhatkoti is an acclaimed educationist and pedagogical leader known for her work in the field of curriculum development, teacher training and implementation of educational best practices . An alumni of the prestigious Convent of Jesus and Mary Dehradun , she holds the internationally recognised CELTA qualification from the University of Cambridge . She has experience of having taught at the renowned Sharda Mandir School , Miramar , Panjim , was instrumental in setting up the International Section of Anand Niketan Satellite ,Ahmedabad and was the Founder Principal of Maxfort School Dwarka ,New Delhi . She is a leader in the field of curriculum and content development and has been instrumental in the development of CBSE manuals of Storytelling as a Pedagogical Tool , NEP 2020 , Critical Pedagogy , Dealing with Misbehaviour , Conducive Learning Environment,Happy Teachers Happy Classrooms and Effective Communication Skills .
She has trained Principals and teachers across the world for CBSE ‘s Centre of Excellence Delhi East , Centre of Excellence Delhi West , Centre of Excellence Noida , Centre of Excellence Chennai and Centre of Excellence Ajmer .
She is the recepient of many awards like Bharat Gaurav Samman , Top 50 Effective Principals ,50 Fabulous Innovative Leaders , Excellence in Educational Leadership and Excellence in Educational Leadership . She has been a member of the CBSE course committee for English , pioneered and contributed effectively to CBSE projects like Expression series and Assessment of Speaking and Listening .She has travelled extensively across the world to study educational practices in centres of educational excellence like Massachusetts Institute of Technology , London School of Economics, Harvard University ,University of Warwick and Yale University . She firmly believes that quality education can be easily made affordable and accessible for all .

Gurucharan Singh (NIS) is a recipient of Dronacharya Award, Former national cricket coach in India (BCCI) and former project director and Chief Cricket Coach, Pace Bowlers Academy Gwalior. Over the past five decades, he has trained generations of cricketers, including Kapil Dev, Ravi Shastri, Ajay Jadeja, Maninder Singh, and Kirti Azad. He has been a cricket player, and then a coach in his illustrious 62-year career. "Hard work has been my motto, and when you are up and about, and always on the field, you never feel that you are past your prime.
