INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ONLINE FORM

Please Read The Following Instructions Carefully Before Filling The Form:

1. Fill in the form carefully. Kindly use a laptop or a desktop for filling the form. Do not fill the form on the mobile as you will not be able to save the same.
2. All fields are mandatory. In case, the data cannot be filled or is not available please specify N.A.(for text field) or 0 (for number field).
3. Care must be taken that the date of birth filled in the Registration form tallies with that on the original birth certificate.
4. Please fill only numbers for Mobile / Telephone Numbers and Salary.
5. Registration form will be uploaded on school records only after successful payment of the registration fee on the online payment portal.
6. Once the form is submitted and payment is made, you will not be able to make any changes in the application form.
7. Submission of registration form does not guarantee admission.
8. The admission counsellor will contact you to fix an appointment within seven working days after successful payment of registration fee.
