Ritu Pandit is currently the Headmistress of the Lower Primary Wing at Gyanshree School. A commerce graduate from Jesus & Marys College, Chanakyapuri, she has to her credit a law degree and post-graduation qualifications in Education and English. She has, behind her, 27 years of teaching, coordinating and counselling experience in various reputed schools of the country. She has also worked in the knowledge process outsourcing sector, involved in testing and corrections of management graduate courses of US and Singapore based universities for English, Communication, Sociology and elementary Quantitative Techniques.

Apart from facilitating learning and guidance of students, she has also been involved in mentoring young teachers and young mothers by applying the techniques of image management and helping them lead a more meaningful and satisfying life.

A certified Graphologist and Grapho-therapist, she has a strong inclination towards spirituality, alternative medicine, yoga and naturopathy.

Mr. Rohit Joshi is currently the Head Admin and HR Head and at Gyanshree School. A Commerce Graduate from Delhi University he also holds PGDCA from a reputed institute.

He has behind him vast experience of 25 years in fields of IT and Estate Management. At Gyanshree School, He coordinates the Administration work, and manages human resources and the technological systems. He is also responsible for the managing the complete Administrative Wing.

The HM of the senior wing at Gyanshree is dedicated educator and mentor. A Post Graduate in Economics and a Bachelor of Education (Distinction), Ms. Sunita Mehta has had the opportunity of teaching in schools all over India. She has over 22 years of experience in mentoring students in English and Economics in reputed ICSE & CBSE schools like De Paul School- Berhampur, Sacred Heart Convent- Mathura, Cambridge Public School- Bangalore, Bethany High- Bangalore, Assam Rifles School- Aizawl, Army Public School- Suratgarh and Amity International School- Noida. She has been a trainer for TOEFL/IELTS / GRE/GMAT with IMS & Kaplan in Bangalore and Noida, a Corporate Trainer for Communication Skills, Content Writer and Editor (English) for Cordova Publications and is also a qualified Cambridge Speaking Examiner. She has trained students for International debating competitions and has travelled to Singapore and France in her capacity as trainer-mentor.

Ms. Sharika Sharma, Headmistress of the Primary Wing, is a Graduate in History and Post Graduate in English.

An academician with 25 years of experience in the field of education, Mrs Sharma has been the Coordinator and the Head Mistress, in two renowned schools - Delhi Public School Ghaziabad, and the Amity International School, Delhi. This long experience has enriched her with deep understanding of the CBSE curriculum and the PYP Programme.

She has been a master trainer for the Physical Education Curriculum, CBSE, and has been an ISA Coordinator, working closely with the British Council. As a Headmistress of the Primary wing, she motivates her team to take a flexible stand in different aspects of the curriculum, an approach that is inviolably important in the dynamic world of today.

In keeping with the vision and mission of the school, she firmly believes in nurturing and empowering young minds, leading them to become responsible and ethical citizens, who believe in strong values and relations in this modern world.

An innovative, forward thinking educator,Mr.Akashdeep Sharma has a track record of success in collaborative leadership, student centric instruction and effectual staff interaction and communication. He has a diploma in Electronics Engineering; Bachelor of Education from CCS University,Meerut and completed his Masters in Computer Science from Sikkim Manipal University.

He has anexperience of around 24years in teaching .He started his career as Post Graduate Teacher (PGT),in Computer Science in the year 1994. He has worked in reputed schools like Laxman Public School and Bluebells International in Delhi. In 2005 he was the Head of the IT Department in DPS Ghaziabad and with his dedicated efforts and leadership skills, rose up to become the Headmaster in 2015. As the Headmaster at Delhi Public School Ghaziabad, he was instrumental in creating a positive learning and working environment. He has attended various professional development workshops and has been twice appointed as the Head Examiner and Subject expert for Computer Science by the CBSE.As a passionate educator and Coordinator at Gyanshree, he has strived to create a disciplined environment of learning and has addressed diverse needs of the students and staff.

Ms. Anju Nigam, is a firm promoter of the philosophy that the spirit of true schooling is not just about spreading literacy. Rather education is all about planting the seed of a deep-rooted love for learning within every young learner’s heart!

Her work experience as an educationist and an entrepreneur for 29 years has versed her with skills like teaching, school administration, formulating policies and their implementation, handling students and staff. She has hand-on experience and skills in incorporating different learning strategies in the curriculum of Primary Education. Her rich experience as an educator makes her an invaluable part of Team Gyanshree.

A Delhi University alumnus, she has done her post-graduation in History from Annamalai University. She has also done her Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources (Diploma) from IMT – Ghaziabad. A lifelong pupil, she is a leader that leads by example. In the recent past, she has attended the National Conference ‘Sashaktikaran’ on equipping educational facilitators with inclusive strategies and pedagogy to address diversity in the classroom held in October 2018 in Jaipur. The Lower-Primary Wing at Gyanshree has blossomed under her leadership as she continues to introduce and support child-centred and progressive educational practices. Passionate about her work, she leaves no stone unturned to promote a joyful teaching-learning atmosphere at school.

An alumnus of Delhi University’s prestigious Lady Irwin College, Ms Gita Malik, is the Coordinator of the Pre-Primary Wing at Gyanshree. Loved and greatly respected by her team of teachers and the Shreeyans alike, she is a firm believer that, ‘Sometimes peace is more important than being right.’

Ms Malik’s early schooling at Carmel Convent, New Delhi, has given her an excellent foundation in the English language, a quality much desired in our mentors and leaders, especially in schools. Extremely clear and precise in her communication, she works well as part of a team.

Ms Gita Malik has been fortunate to have worked with and learned from the best names in the field of education – Ms Abha Adams at The Shri Ram School, VasantVihar, New Delhi and Step by Step World School, Noida. She has also worked at The Amity International School, Noida, The Sanskaar Valley School, Bhopal among others.

Ms Malik is a hard-working, dedicated thorough professional who thinks with her heart along with her head. Emotional, sensitive and extremely caring, she believes that the purpose of human existence is to make life better for as many persons in one’s circle of influence as possible. Ecology and education are two issues close to her heart.

A seasoned and passionate educator, a dynamic communicatorand a self-motivated individual, Ms. Bajpai sees a career spanning over 26 years. Her unique style and all-encompassing attitude towards modern day education, led her to join the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme at The Shri Ram School, Moulsari Campus, Gurgaon. A progressive and enthusiastic personality with a flair for mentoring and coaching, Ms. Bajpai has been the Head of Senior School for last three years at NirmalBhartia School, Dwarka, New Delhi.

A firm believer in professional development and growth,she has been a part of numerous teacher trainings,both at the National and the International level; some of which include workshops on pedagogical approaches at UWC, Singapore.
